About us

Lessons are provided by Alma Driving School LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales (number OC452937), registered office 68 Wakelam Drive, Armthorpe, Doncaster, DN3 2FR. Contact us on 07402 034084 or at info@almadrivingschool.co.uk.

Before your first lesson

• You must hold a valid provisional driving licence for the type of car you are learning in, and bring it to your lessons.
• You must be able to read a car number plate from 20 metres, with glasses or contact lenses if you need them.
• Tell us about any medical condition that could affect your driving.

Prices and payment

• Current prices and packages are shown on our prices page. The price you are quoted when you book is the price you pay for that booking.
• You can pay by card, cash or bank transfer.
• DVSA theory and practical test fees are not included and are paid separately.

Cancelling or moving a lesson

Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or move a lesson. Your instructor will confirm the notice period when you book. If your instructor has to cancel, we will offer you another time at no extra cost.

Safety

Your instructor can stop or shorten a lesson if continuing would be unsafe, for example if a learner appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Dual controls are fitted to every tuition car and your instructor may use them at any time.
