Cookies
This page explains what our website stores on your device and why. Nothing used for advertising is stored unless you accept.
What we store
We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. The site uses your browser's local storage for two items:
| Name | What it does | How long | When it is set |
|---|---|---|---|
alma_consent | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected, so we do not ask on every page. | Until you clear your browser data | When you choose Accept or Reject |
alma_click_ids | If you reached us from one of our Google adverts, keeps the advert's click reference so we can tell whether that advert led to an enquiry. | 90 days | Only after you choose Accept |
WhatsApp reference codes
When you tap a WhatsApp button, a short reference such as "Ref: K7M2Q" is added to your message. We record the code with the page you tapped from and, if you accepted, the advert click reference. It does not include your name or phone number, and you can delete it from the message before sending.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Changing your choice
You can change your choice at any time. Choosing Reject removes the advert click reference straight away.
